Many of us indulge during the holidays. We tend to overeat, sleep, enjoy family and friends and forget to worry about the foods we eat. During these holidays lets not bring in the new year having to lose more pounds. Lets continue to workout and eat healthy even during the holidays. Here are a few tips:
- Don’t over eat.
- Drink plenty of water or unsweetened tea before your meal.
- Use apple sauce as a substitute for oil in cakes
- Bake as many foods as possible
- Take a healthy snack to prevent eating the sweets
